RESOLUTION NO. 1715
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING A UTILITIES
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS FOR COSTS OF
SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE AND WATER VALVE ADJUSTMENTS ON MONTEREY HIGHWAY
WITHIN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its department of Publ ic
Works, Division of Highways, has presented a Utilities Agreement for the
adjustment to grade of sanitary sewer manhole and water valve facilities to
accommodate State1s resurfacing on Monterey Street, Route 101 in the City
of G i 1 roy and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Utilities Agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy that said Utilities Agreement No. 110.78.2 for costs of sanitary
sewer manhole and water valve adjustments on Monterey Street within the
City of Gilroy is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
