RESOLUTION NO. 1754
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy was granted a temporary ease-
ment and right of way from Felix A. Pappani, Guerino D. Pappani and
Chester A. Pappani in a deed recorded on January 24, 1969 as document
number 3558515 in Book 84l3, page 495, Official Records of Santa Clara
County; and
WHEREAS, said temporary easement is no longer required by the
City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to release and abandon to the
grantees herein the easement and all rights of way for the following
described real property in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California to Felix A. Pappani and Chester A. Pappani, as their
separate property and Betty B. Pappani, a widow:
The northerly 30.07 feet of the westerly 195.46 feet of
Parcell, as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed on
June 5, 1973 in Book 324 of Maps, Page 30, Santa Clara
County Records;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Gilroy does hereby authorize the execution of said grant deed
and does hereby authorize the Mayor to sign on its behalf.
