A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING
ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
RONAN AVENUE - SOUTH CHESTNUT STREET
PROJECT NO. 1971-1
CITY OF GILROY
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Santa
Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the
Clerk of said City Council, his Engineer's Certificate as to the
completion of all of the work provided to be done under and pur~
suant to the contract between said City and Eilert & Smith, Inc.,
dated August 23, 1972; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fU+ly completed and done
as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is
hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
notice of completion thereof, pursuant to Section 3093 of the Civil
Code of the State of California.
