RESOLUTION NO. 1772
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE RELATING TO POPULATION ESTIMATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
in regular session assembled this 15th day of October, 1973 that Norman B Goodrich,
Mayor and Fred O. Wood, City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of said City of Gilroy an agreement between the Department
of Finance of the State of California and the City of Gilroy, relating to
preparation of a population estimate for the City of Gilroy, by the said
Department of Finance.
