RESOLUTION NO. 1775
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING FORMULA
ADOPTED BY THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR THE ALLOCATION OF
THE LOCAL SHARE OF ANY STATE PARK BOND FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER CHAPTER
912 OF THE STATUTES OF 1972.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara, by
resolution dated May 15, 1973, has approved and adopted a priority plan for
expenditure of the Countyls allocation of funds that may be authorized
under Chapter 912 of the Statutes of 1972; and
WHEREAS, such priority plan has been submitted to the City of
Gilroy for approval in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 912; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Gilroy that
such priority plan is equitable to the interests of the citizens of the
County and of all the cities and affected districts in the County;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY HEREBY
RESOLVES to approve, and does approve, the priority plan for allocating
the local share of the funds that may be authorized under the 1974 State
Park Bond Election called by Chapter 912, such priority plan as so approved
appearing as Exhibit "A" to the aforesaid resolution of the Board of Super-
visors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy at a
regular meeting held on the 5th day of November, 1973, by the following
called vote:
