RESOLUTION NO. 1785
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, COUNCIL ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Californi a
in regular session assembled this 3rd day of December, 1973 that FRED O. WOOD,
City Administrator is hereby authorized to act as "Administrator" of the South
County Implementation Program and directed to execute on behalf of said City of
Gilroy an agreement between the State of California, acting by and through the
Council on Intergovernmental Relations (CIR) and the City of Gilroy, relating to
Comprehensive Planning Assistance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1973 by the following
