RESOLUT I ON NO. 1619
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGARDING A POPULATION
ESTIMATE, EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 1972.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the City
Administrator and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf
of the City of Gilroy, an Agreement with the State Department of Finance
regarding a population estimate in the form on file in the Office of the
Ci ty Clerk.
