Resolution 1676 RESOLUTION NO. 1676 WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy has made an area available to accept septic tank waste material; and WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy has gone to considerable expense to build and maintain an all-weather approach to this area and construction of a holding pond; and WHEREAS, the most equitable means of off-setting this expense is a gallonage fee paid by septic tank waste haulers. NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that all septic tank trucks or other liquid waste haulers be charged a fee of $.005 (~cent) per gallon of the truck-rated capacity for dumping at the Gi lroy Septic Tank Waste Dis- posa 1 a rea.
