RESOLUTION NO. 1686-8
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING COOPERA-
TIVE AGREEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN INSTALLATION ON PROPOSED CHESTNUT STREET
INTERSECTION WITH TENTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a Cooperative Agree-
ment for the installation of a section of the storm drain system on
proposed Chestnut Street intersection with Tenth Street effective as
of November 20, 1972.
WHEREAS, the City Counci I has heard read said Cooperative
Agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Gilroy that said Cooperative Agreement for Storm Drain installation
on proposed Chestnut Street intersection with Tenth Street in the City
of Gilroy is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1972.
