RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE
DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE
CERTAI N ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy does
hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase standard and police four (4) door
sedans, for and on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Ceci 1 A. Reinsch, Purchasing Agent is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City
of G i 1 ray.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1972, by the
