RESOLUTION NO. 1540
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
CONVEYANCE TO NATURIPE BERRY GROWERS, OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, AND 8 OF
TRACT NO. 3770 GILROY GYMKHANA GROUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy convey to NATURIPE
BERRY GROWERS, Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) of
Tract No. 3770, Gilroy Gymkhana Grounds, the consideration for
the said conveyance to be paid in cash for the total sum of
Forty Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($40,800.00) to
the City of Gilroy within sixty days (60) following the adoption
of this resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Deed of Conveyance so con-
veying the said property be executed on behalf of the City of Gilroy
by the Mayor of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 1971, by the
following vote:
