RESOLUTION NO. 1574
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND
DIRECTING ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF
ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
TENTH STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRI CT
PROJECT NO. 1970-4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Santa
Clara County, California, that
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of said City has filed
with the City Clerk of said City, his Engineer's Certificate as to
the completion of all of the work provided to be done under and
pursuant to the contract between said City and Paul T. Beck, dated
November 21, 1970; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done as
provided in said contract and the plans and specifications therein
referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is
hereby made and ordered.
2. That the Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara notice of acceptance of completion thereof) as required
by law.
