RESOLUTION NOo 1582
APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR GRANT TO ACQUIRE AND/OR DEVELOP
LAND FOR OPEN-SPACE PURPOSES NOo CALIF. OSD-475
BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF GILROY
AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Section 1. The pending proposed Contract for Grant to Acquire And/Or
Develop Land For Open-Space Purposes Noo CalifoOSD-475 1st Amendo is
hereby in all respects approved.
Section 2. The MAYOR of the City of
Gilro is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Contract No. OSD-4 Gist Amendoin two (2)
counterparts on behalf of the City of Gilroy
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Public Body
on each such counterpart and to forward such counterparts to the Depart-
ment of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on behalf of the
Government together with such other documents relative to the approval
and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
