A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROV[NG EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GILROY AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR TOPICS PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, there has been submi tted to th is City Counci I a proposed
agreement to be entered into by and between the City of Gilroy and the State
of California for a Traffic Operations Program to Increase Capacity and Safety;
and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy
that the said agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor of the City of Gilroy
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute the said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1971 by the following vote:
