RESOLUTION NOo 1601
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED That the City Council of the City of Gilroy does hereby
authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State
of Cal ifornia to purchase three (3) 1972 Police Vehicles (Dodge Polara) for and
on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and
that Cecil Ao Reinsch, Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized and directed to
sign and del iver all necessary requests and other documents in connection there-
with for and on behalf of the City of Gilroy.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the
resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Gilroy
at a meeting thereof held on the 18th day of October, 1971, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
