RESOLUTION NO. 1456
APPROVING OFFICIAL NOTICE OF SALE AND PROSPECTUS
CITY OF GILROY $950,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION
BONDS OF 1969
$600,000 SECOND DIVISION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that

WHEREAS, WILSON, JONES, MORTON & LYNCH, Bond Counsel for
the City, have presented to the Council a draft of proposed
Prospectus entitled Y1prospectus", and the proposed Official
Notice of Sale of City of Gilroy $950,000 General Obligation
Bonds of 1969 - $600,000 Second Division, to be mailed to pros-
pective bidders on said sale, and this Council has duly con-
sidered said documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that said Prospectus
and Official Notice of Sale be, and they are hereby, approved
as the Prospectus and Official Notice of Sale to be mailed to
banks and bond houses in accordance with the order of this
Council in relation to said sale of the City of Gilroy $950,000
General Obligation Bonds of 1969, $600,000 - Second Division.
