RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
CONSENTING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THAT PORTION
OF SANTA TERESA EXPRESSWAY WITHIN THE CITY OF
GILROY BETWEEN HECKER PASS HIGHWAY AND THOMAS
ROAD AS A COUNTY HIGHWAY AND TO THE RELINQUISH-
MENT THEREOF TO COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
The Council of the City of Gilroy pursuant to the authority
of Article 5, Chapter 9, Division 2, of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, consents to the establishment of
that portion of Santa Teresa Expressway within the City of Gilroy
between Hecker Pass Highway and Thomas Road, as shown on the plan
map marked Exhibit "A" and attached to this resolution, as a County
Highway and to the relinquishment thereof to the County of Santa
Clara.
