RESOLUTION NO. 1499
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
PACHECO PASS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 1970-2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy,
California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
No. 1480 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by
the City Council of said City on July 6, 1970, was $186,373.37, of
which the City was to contribute $41,373.37, leaving a balance to
assessment of $145,000.00; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $ 173,777.87
of which the City will
contribute $
$ 133,000.00

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the total assess-
ment is hereby reduced to $ 133,000.00
and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its 'pro rata share of
