AMENDED RESOLUTION OF THE COUl:JCIL OF TIm CITY OF GILROY
CONSENTING TO THE ESTABLISHI'lEFiT OF THAT PORTION OF SANTA
TERESA EXPRESSWAY \.JITHIN THE CITY OF GILROY BET"wEEN HECKER
PASS HIGmJAY AND TH01vIAS ROAD AS A COUNTY HIGfMAY AND TO
THE RELINQUISHMENT THEREOF TO COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
The Council of the City of Gilroy pursuant to the authority
of Article 5, Chapter 9, Division 2, of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California, consents to the establishment of
that portion of Santa Teresa Expressway within the City of Gilroy
between Hecker Pass Highway and Thomas Road, as shown on the plan
map marked Exhibit !lA-l" and attached to this resolution, as a County
Highway and to the relinquishment thereof to the County of Santa
Clara.
