RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING A DEED
RESTRICTION UNDER ACQUISITIONS FOR NORTHSIDE PARK IMPROVEMENT, TO
PROVIDE FOR PARK USE ONLY, IN ACCORD WITH H.U.D. POLICY AND REGULATIONS.
