A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS
ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
TENTH STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
PROJECT NO. 1970-4
RESOLVED, by the Ci.ty Council of the City of Gilroy, California,
that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby, directed
to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to be issued
pursuant to Resolution Noo 1517 of Preliminary Determination and of
Intention adopted by this Council on October 19, 1970. The Notice
of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch,
shall be given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to
the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of
such bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
2, The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law firm
of Wilson} Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unquali-
fiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and the issuance
of said bonds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and cor-
rect copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the 21st day of December, 1970, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

Pate, Silva, Wentworth, and Goodrich.
