RESOLUTION NO. 1322
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
GRANTING A TAXICAB PERMIT
WHEREAS, application has heretofore been made by
FRANKLIN EUGENE COMPTON to the Council of the City of
Gilroy for a permit to operate taxicabs pursuant to
Sections 23.18 et seq. of the Gilroy City Code, and good
cause appearing therefor,
NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY
that FRANKLIN EUGENE COMPTON is hereby granted a permit to
operate two taxicabs under the name of Gilroy Yellow Cab
and Gilroy Taxi, pursuant to Sections 23.18 et seqo of the
Gilroy City Code, until further resolution of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1969, by
