RESOLUTION NO. 1326
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY SUPPORTING COUNTY-
WIDE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Gilroy deems it
necessary to have uniform control of land subdivision and development
throughout the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the Couroty of
Santa Clara and;
WHEREAS, such uniform control is essential to maintain
the high standards of land development required by each of the respec-
tive cities and the County of Santa Clara and;
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa
Clara is now holding public hearings to consider the adoption of pro-
posed land development regulations;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Gilroy does support adoption of said regulations by the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara.
