RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZ[NG EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT FOR WATER PRESSURIZATION PROJECT NO. WS-6-05-0252, PHASE I I.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that the
Mayor and/or City Administrator of the City of Gilroy be and they are
hereby authori zed to execute Federa 1 Contract No. H-602- 3800 for the City
of Gilroy Water Pressurization (Phase [I, Reservoirs) Contract, Project
No,. WS-6-05-0252 in the amount of $437,000..00 wi th Power-Anderson, Inc.
of 2271 Charleston Road, Mountain View, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1969, by the following
