RESOLUTION NO. 1348
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY GRANTING A TAXICAB
PERMIT.
WHEREAS, application has heretofore been made by JAMES
FRANCIS COMPTON to the Council of the City of Gilroy for a permit to
operate taxicabs pursuant to Sections 23.18 et seq. of the Gilroy City
Code, and good cause appearing therefor,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY that
JAMES FRANCIS COMPTON is hereby granted a permit to operate two (2)
taxicabs under the name of Gilroy Yellow Cab and Gilroy Taxi, pursuant
to Sections 23.18 et seq. of the Gilroy City Code, until further resolu-
tion of the Council.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1969, by the
following vote:
