RESOLUTION NO. 1349
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REGARDING A POPULATION
ESTIMATE.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the Mayor
and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Gilroy, an Agreement with the State Department of Finance regard-
ing a population estimate in the form on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1969, by the following
vote:
