RESOLUTION NO. 1366
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY FOR
SCHEDULE OF AVERAGE ANNUAL GROSS
RENTALS FOR STANDARD HOUSING IN
LOCALITY TO BE USED IN NORTHSIDE PARK
AREA - OPEN SPACE PROJECT NO. OSA-274
WHEREAS, rules and regulations described by the Federal Government
require that the Schedule of Average Annual Gross Rentals for Standard
Housing in the locality be officially approved by the governing body of the
City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the following figures are hereby submitted as Average Annual
Gross Rentals required in the Gilroy Area for decent, safe and sanitary
dwellings of modest standard by bedroom size;

3 Bedroom,
4 Bedroom,

$1,615.00
$1,886.00
$2,226.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY:
THAT, the Schedule of Average Annual Gross Rentals for Standard Housing
in the Gilroy Area is hereby in all respects approved; and
THAT, all residential households who are moved from the Northside Park
Proj ect Area and meet the specified requirements are hereby approved as
eligible for payment under above schedule.
Adopted this 16th day of June, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Members - Batrez, Duffin, Kennedy, Pate, Silva, Wentworth, and Goodrich.
NOES: Members - None
ABSENT: Members - None
