RESOLUTION NO. 1367
RESOLUTION FOR CITY OF GILROY FOR SCHEDULE
OF AVERAGE SALES PRICES FOR STANDARD HOUSING
IN LOCALITY TO BE USED FOR NORTIISIDE PARK OPEN
SPACE PROJECT NO. OSA-?]4.
WHEREAS, rules and regulations described by the Federal Government
require that the schedule of average sales prices for standard housing
in locality to be officially approved by the governing body of the City
of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, the following figures are hereby submitted as average
sales prices for standard housing in the Gilroy area which are decent,
safe and sanitary dwellings of modest standards by bedroom size;

4 bedrooms

NOW, THEREFORE, AS RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY:
THAT, schedule of average sales prices for standard housing in
locality of Gilroy area is hereby in all respects approved; and
THAT, all residential households who are displaced from the North-
side Park Proj ect Area and meet specified requirements are hereby
approved as eligible for a relocation payment not to exceed $5,000
based upon the above schedule.
