RESOLUTION NO. 1368
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE UNDER
WHICH RELOCATION PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE
FOR THE NORTHSIDE PARK AREA - OPEN SPACE
PROJECT NO. OSA-274
WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed by the Federal
Government pursuant to Title I require that the conditions under
which the City of Gilroy will make relocation payments in connec-
tion with Northside Park Project contemplated by the Governing
Body of the City of Gilroy; and
WHEREAS, Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule must reflect
current wage rates; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rate for one van and two men in union com-
panies is $20.85 per hour as of June 16, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the hourly rate for one van and two men in union com-
panies is to be increased wi thin 30 days to $24. 00 per hour;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY:
THAT, the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule dated June 16, 1969
be approved and when the proposed rate increase comes into effect
that the City of Gilroy is hereby authorized to amend the Fixed
Relocation Payment Schedule to reflect that new rate.
Adopted this 16th day of June, 1969, by the following vote:
