RESOLUTION NO. 1369
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
RELOCATION PLAN UNDER WHICH SITE OCCUPANTS
OF NORTHSIDE PARK OPEN SPACE PROJECT NO. OSA-274
WILL BE RELOCATED.
WHEREAS, rules and regulations of the Federal Government require that
the relocation plan of a Federally assisted proj ect be approved by the
Governing Body of the local public agency; and
WHEREAS, a relocation plan has been prepared and submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY:
THAT, the relocation plan as prepared and submitted and dated June 16,
1969 are hereby approved in order to effect the relocation of site occupants
within the boundaries of the Northside Park Open Space Project No. OSA-27!+
Adopted this 16th day of June, 1969, by the following vote:
