RESOLUTfON NO. 1375
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
SECTION IV, E IIRETlREMENP' (PARAGRAPH 1) OF THE PER-
SONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt the State of
Retirement Plan, which became effective on July I, 1968.

WHEREAS, the Personnel Commission at their regular meeting of July 24, 1969
did recommend said ammendment to the Personnel Rules and Regulations.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy, Personnel Rules and
Regulations shall be amended to read as follows:
Sec t i onl V, E, r 'RET I REMENT" (Paragraph I)
