RESOLUTION NO. 1415
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY DIRECTING THAT ALL PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE
CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL UNDER SECTION 49 OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION FOR A REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION PRIOR
TO APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL ,BY THE COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Gilroy
in its Resolution No. 457 has recommended that all final
construction plans be submitted to the Planning Commission
for a report and recommendation under Section 49 of the
Zoning Ordinance prior to final approval or disapproval
by the City Council for the reasons stated in said
Resolution, and good cause appearing therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That under Section 49 of the 'zoning ordinance all final
plans shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for a
report and recommendation to the City Council prior to
approval or disapproval by the Council and prior to issuance
of a building permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1969, by
the following vote:

SILVA, WENTWORTH and GOODRICH
