Resolution 1424 ~;~'.'1'##~l;:;~~,cy 'tJt!j~\;'.1f-'" . ~~. ~ ~~ WJML:PDA:S: amf 10-2~o9 lOC RESOLUTION NO. 1424 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER EIGHTH STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PROJECT NO. 1969-2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California~ that the City Clerk of said City, be, and she is hereby, appointed as the person to whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolu- tion No. 1393 of Preliminary Determination and of Intention adopted by this Council on October 6, 1969, and that her office in the City Hall, 10 South Rosanna Street, Gilroy, California, is hereby designated as the place at which the said payments will be made, and the Super- intendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in connection with collecting said assessments. * * * * * * * * * * * I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 15th day of December , 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof: AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Batrez, Duffin, Kennedy, Pate, Silva, Wentworth, and Goodrich.
