RESOLUTION NO. 142~
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REDUCING THE FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE BOND REQUIRED
OF-A CATV GRANTEE IN THE CITY OF GILROY PURSUANT
TO CITY CODE SECTION 24.48 (d).
Application has been made to the City Council of the
City of Gilroy by GILROY CABLE TV as the CATV grantee for the
City of Gilroy for reduction of its faithful performance bond
the penal sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars, and
good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy
that the faithful performance bond of GILROY CABLE TV as the
CATV franchise grantee be reduced under Gilroy City Code
Section 24.48 (d) to the penal sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
Dollars until further resolution of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1969, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNC ILMEMBERS : Batrez, Duffin, Kennedy, Pa te, S i I va ,
Wentworth, and Goodrich.
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
