RESOLUTION NO. 1429
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY ARTERIAL STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION AT THIRD STREET AND WESTWOOD DRIVE
IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
Upon recommendation by the Director of Public Works of
the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
that the intersection of Third Street and Westwood Drive is
hereby declared and established as a four-way arterial stop
intersection, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to install arterial stop signs at all four corners
of said intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1969, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BATREZ, DUFFIN, KENNEDY, PATE, SILVA,
WENTWORTH and GOODRICH
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
