RESOLUTION NO. 1268
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT FOR WATER PRESSURIZATION PROJECT No. WS-6-05-0252.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy that
the Mayor and/or City Administrator of the City of Gilroy be and they
are hereby authorized to execute Construction Contract No. H-602-3800 for
the City of Gilroy Water Pressurization (Alternate No.2) Contract, Project
No. WS-6-05-0252 in the amount of $79,600.35 with Chappell Pump Company of
440 North Monterey Street, Gilroy, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1968, by the following
vote:
