RESOLUTION NO. 1278
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS
$.350.000 WATER REVENUE BONDS OF 1968
CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Cali-
fornia, as follows:
1. Bids shall be called by the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy
for the sale of $350,000 principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds of
at 2:00 p.m.
1968, on October 7 , 19681 which bonds were provided to be
issued pursuant to Resolution No. lrUL, adopted by the Council on
September 16, 1968.
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the City Clerk causing to
be mailed copies of an "Official Notice of Sale" to various banks
and bond houses and other persons interested as determined by the
City Clerk at least ten days before the date said bids are to be
openedo
30 The Council will furnish the legal opinion of WIlson,
Jones,9 Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California, unqualifiedly approving
the 1egality,? of the proceedings and the issuance of said bondso
