WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with
the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 1028, adopted by the City Council of said City on
June 20, 1966, and the provisions of the City Code, and said as-
sessment was confirmed by said City Council on August 1, 1966,
and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of
said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under
~ the provisions of Bond Plan B of said City Code, have been divided

so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries
as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1.
Bill Henry, the Director of Public Works of said City,
shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report
and amended assessment and diagram of the lots or parcels so di-
vided, said parcels being designated Assessment Numbe15 6 and 11.

2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ment upon said original lot or parcel of land.

3. That Monday, the 4th day of November, 1968, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M., at the regular meeting place of said
Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Gilroy, California, be, and
the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said
amended assessment before said Council.
4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the
time and place of such hearing before the Council by publishing
a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Gilroy Evening
Dispatch, a newspaper of general circulation published and cir-
culated in said City, the first publication being not less than
fifteen (15) days before said hearing.
