RESOLUTION NO. 1280
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RELOCATE A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT TEN (]O)
FEET WESTERLY, TO ACCOMODATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREEKSIDE WEST, TRACT
NO. 444] LOTS NOS. 1 THROUGH 17.
WHEREAS, in order to accomodate the development of a subdivi-
sion, IICreekside Westll, Tract No. 4441, Lots I through ]7, in the City of
Gi]roy, it is necessary to relocate a Publ ic Utility Easement, ten (10)
feet westerly;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Gilroy that it does hereby declare its intention to relocate said Public
Utility Easement,ten (10) feet westerly.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Reso]ution shal] be published
and said area posted as required in the Street Vacation Act of 1941, under
which this proceeding is instituted, and the 7th day of October, ]968, at
8:00 o.clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Ha]l, No. 10 South Rosanna
Street, Gi]roy, California, is hereby designated as the time and place at
which said City Council shall hear any and a]l persons interested in or
who may object to the proposed relocation of said easement.
One publication of said notice shall be made in the Gilroy
Evening Dispatch, a newspaper published in the City of Gi]roy, at a date
at least ten (10) days prior to the time of hearing.
