RESOLUTION NOo 1282
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ABANDONING PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENTS IN
"CREEKSIDE WEST" TRACT NO. 4441, AND RELOCATING
SAID EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE RESUBDIVISION
OF "CREEKSIDE WEST", TRACT NOo 4581
WHEREAS, that subdivision known as "Creekside West", Tract
No. 4441, has been resubdivided as Tract No. 4581 necessitating
the relocation of certain public utilities easements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Gilroy, that the public utilities easements on the subdivision
map of "Creekside West" Tract No. 4441, are hereby abandoned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements shall be located
as shown on the map of "Creekside West", Tract No. 4581.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1968, by the
