WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the
City Clerk of said City, his Engineer's Certificate as to the
I completion of all the work provided to be done under and pursuant
I to the contract between said City and SAMUEL R. SPENCER, dated

January 15, 1968; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done
as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:

That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is
hereby made and ordered.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file
for record with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara
notice of acceptance of completion thereof, as required by law.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolut~ duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof
