RESOLUTION NO. 1290
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING
ENGINEER TO FILE NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF
COMPLETION
WELBURN AVENUE STORM SEWER
PROJECT 1968-5
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California that
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of said City has filed with the City Clerk
of said City, his EngineerJs Certificate as to the completion of all the work
provided to be done under and pursuant to the contract between said city and
WILLIAM CAPRlSTA UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION, INC., dated September 3, 1968; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that said work
under said contract has been fully completed and done as provided in said
contract and the plans and specifications therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is hereby
made and ordered.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file for record
with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara notice of acceptance of
completion thereof, as required by law.

of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 21st day of October, 1968,
