RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0':,1 THE
CITY OF GILROY
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE CF '
STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEREAS, ~ Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure
of the Engineering Allocation under Section 2107.5 of the
streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of
G il rOt ., hereinafter referred to as the
city~ and the Sta e Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department; and,
