RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF REPORT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ITS
PROPOSAL TO REZONE A PORTION OF MONTEREY NORTH-
WEST NO. 3 ANNEXATION FROM R-l DISTRICT TO C-2
DISTRICT AND AN ADJACENT AREA FROM R-l DISTRICT
TO M-2 DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the 3rd day
of April, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, PM., at the Coun-
cil Chambers in the City Hall, No. 10 South Rosanna Street, Gil-
roy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and
place for hearing the report and recommendation of the Planning
Commission of the City of Gilroy upon its proposal to rezone all
that part lying within 150 feet of the westerly boundary line of
Monterey Road of that tract of land in the City of Gilroy bounded
on the east by the Monterey Road, on the west by the southerly
extension of Lilly Avenue, on the north by the centerline of R:o~'"
OmITl Avenue and on the south by the 5.65 acre tract of land be-
longing to Irvin Hollister from R-l District to C-2 District and
to rezone the remaining portion of said tract of land from R-l
District to M-2 District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that notice
of the said hearing be given in the manner and for the period
required by the said Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1967, by the fol-
lowing vote:
