RESOLUTION NO. 1095
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CHURCH STREET WITH FIRST STREET AND AUTHORIZ-
ING ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, for the installation of a traffic control
signals at the intersection of Church Street with State Highway Route
152 (First Street) has been submitted to the City Council for considera-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement and is fami-
1 iar with the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
