RESOLUTION NO. 1104
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GILROY
MODIFYING AND AMENDING THE SELECT
SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS AS APPROVED
BY THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY COMMISSION
ON FEBRUARY 24, 1965
WHEREAS the City of Gilroy has adopted a Select System of
City Streets and has filed with the Department of Public Works a certain
report and map indicating its Select System; and
WHEREAS said City desires to include additional streets and
revise the termini of its select streets by modifying and amending said
Select System in accordance with Section 186.3 of the Streets and
Highways Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy that said certain map and report of the Select System of Gilroy,
California, approved by resolution duly passed by the California Highway
Commission at its meeting of February 24, 1965 is hereby modified and
amended and the accompanying report and map of the proposed Select System
entitled Exhibit "A" is hereby approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that three (3) copies of this resolution
be filed with said map and report marked Exhibit I'A" in the office of the
Department gf Public Works, State of California, through the District Office
of the Division of Highways; and that
The City Counci 1 of the City of Gilroy hereby petitions the California
Highway Commission to approve the aforementioned map and report marked
Exhibit "NI modifying and amending the Select System of City Streets.
