RESOLUT ION NO. 1118
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY FIXING TIME AND PL~CE OF HEARING OF
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF PLANNING COMMIS-
SION UPON APPLICATION OF MARGIORINI CHIESA
FOR REZONING OF 16.44 ACRE TRACT OF LAND FORM-
ING PART OF WREN-MONTEREY-FARRELL ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has made and filed a report
with the City Council of the City of Gilroy upon the application
of MARGIORINI CHIESA for the rezoning from R-l District to C-2
District the 16.44 acre tract of land fronting Monterey Highway
forming part of the Wren-Monterey-Farrell Annexation; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a hearing be held before the
City Council upon the said report and recommendation and that the
Council fix the time and place for said hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that
Monday, the 5th day of June, 1967, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock PM.,
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at No. 10 South Rosanna
Street, Gilroy, California, be and the same is hereby fixed for
hearing the said report and recommendation of said Planning Commis-
sion upon said application and that notice of said hearing be given
in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May, 1967, by the follow-
ing vote:
