RESOLUTION NO. 1120
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH PUBLIC
UTILITIES COMMISSION FOR THE WIDENING OF CROSSING NO. E-81.7
AT GRADE ACROSS THE TRACKS OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
AT LUCHESSA AVENUE WITHIN THE CITY OF GILROY.
The City Council of the City of Gilroy does resolve as
follows:
That it does hereby authorize the filing of an application
before the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California,
for the widening of crossing number E-81.7 at grade across the
tracks of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company at Luchessa Avenue
within the city limits of the City of Gilroy, and that it does
hereby authorize the execution of said application by the Director
of Public Works, on behalf of the City.
