RESOLUTION NO. 1123
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A 12
INCH WATER MAIN AT THE LUCHESSA AVENUE CROSSING IN
GILROY AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS, a proposed easement with the Southern Pacific Rail-
road Company for the installation of a 12 inch water main at the
Luchessa Avenue Crossing (ES 40+38) in Gilroy has been submitted
to the City Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said easement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the
Mayor of the City of Gilroy is directed to sign the same on behalf
of the said City.
