RESOLUTION NO. 1128
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
AND ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
SOUTH CHESTNUT STREET EXTENSION
PROJECT NO. 1967-1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Gilroy, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1967, this Council adopted its Resolution
No. 1124
of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to
Make Changes and Modifications, wherein it did preliminarily
determine that the public interest, convenience and necessity re-
quire, and that it intends to order certain changes and modifica-
tions therein particularly described, in the proceedings being
conducted under Resolution No. 1110 of Preliminary Determination
and of Intention adopted by this Council on May 1, 1967;
\1HEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution No. 1124
notice
has been duly given of the time and place when and where said
Council will consider and finally determine whether the public
interest, convenience and necessity require said changes, and
when and where it will consider and finally act upon the matter
of making said changes and modifications and when and where it
will hear all protests in relation thereto; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written pro-
tests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and
all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications
were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follow
1. That allprotests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. That the public interest, c.mvenience and necessity requir
said changes and modifications as set forth in Resolution No.

3. That said changes and modifications are hereby ordered
to be made and had, all as more particularly set forth in said
Resolution No. 1124
